Massage Rates: $65 for new clients and $50 for members for 60 minute sessions

We offer energy work and body work from trained and licensed/certified healers.  If there's something you're looking for, we can probably find it for you.  We offer table massage of all kinds, including Thai massage, CranioSacral, Neuro-muscular Re-education and Swedish.  Let us know what you are looking for and we can find the right practitioner for you!

Reiki Rates: $75 for 60 minute sessions (sliding scale available, email amanda@yogahighdenver.com)

Reiki is a form of energy work that brings the body into alignment and mind into alignment. It works with the chakras (energy centers) of the body as well as the energy channels. Reiki is very relaxing and can bring major shifts in just one session.  It is especially helpful if you are feeling stressed, trying to make an important decision or if you are just feeling a little "off". 


Sound Healing uses crystal and metal singing bowls, tsingas, chimes, rain stick and other sound-makers to create strong vibrations through the body.  A sound healing session is ultra relaxing and very rejuvenating.


Raindrop Therapy uses high quality therapeutic essential oils along the spine and on the feet along with feather stroking and Vita Flex (similar to reflexology) to create an energetic healing through the body.  It is very relaxing while invigorating the nervous system, and the effects of the aromatherapy can last for up to a week.
